  • Strong circulation spine – liked the way spaces are organized around the spine.

  • The interior is handled in a sophisticated way with sophisticated materials and craftsmanship – not like a prefabricated system.  The interior is the most successful aspect of the design.

  • Liked the AM and PM patios, The overall design seems right for the region.
