Required:
- The article can be submitted in its entirety and we will
go to a page 2, 3 (if necessary) for online set-up.
- If a
reduction in the length of the article is required, you will be
contacted for approval before posting.
- Please note:
Article should be sent in Word (.doc) file format.
- If this is not possible with your current software,
please contact Jud for alternative formats.
- Article submitted should be accompanied by a one
paragragh abstract of 70-90 words in length - describing the premise of the article for
the Index page.
- At the end of article, please include a brief author's
bio (15-30 words max.), your email address and website URL (URL, if applicable).
- Example:
Author's Name is a partner with Ex, Why and Zee
Architects.
She has been designing this and that in and around the Santa Fe area since 19XX.
You can contact the author at: name@xyz.com

- Article can be accompanied by supporting photos (maximum of 3 images).

Photo guidelines: to top
- All images should be sent in jpeg format at
100-300ppi resolution.
- a minimum of 300 pixels as the longest dimension (verticle or
horizontal).**
- a maximum of 700 pixels as the longest dimension (verticle or
horizontal).**
- Please note: Images should be sent as individual email attachments.
- Please try to stay under 1 meg (in total file size) with your
email, including all attachments.
- Images may be cropped to conform to limited space on the page.
** This way, we'll have
plenty of image to work with and we can then resize and optimize for the Web.
